Clack

A Newton's-cradle pool puzzle

How to play

  1. Drag a ball in any direction. It rolls until it meets a rail or another ball.
  2. When it hits a line of balls, the hit passes through and the ball at the far end rolls on. One shot can chain across the table.
  3. Line up three or more of the same number, across or down, to sink them. If a knocked-on ball makes the line, that's a Carom, worth double.
  4. Dashed rings show where new balls land after your shot. The game ends when the table fills.
  5. While you aim, the table shows every roll, clack and sink before you let go.

Good to know

Sink balls on back-to-back shots to build a streak up to ×5, and lines of four or more earn an undo. The white cue ball counts as any number. 8-balls never move: sink a line beside one to clear it. Everyone gets the same daily table, and Endless deals a fresh rack every time.

Controls: Drag, or tap a ball and pick an arrow · keyboard works too
